can anyone tell me who i need to speak to in order to remove my windows all but front windscreen and then replace them again?

side ones are door cards off, undo lower clip out it comes

rears you need a stanley knife to cut through the bonding glue stuff

i know the front are easy nut i' thnking getting a pro with the tools for the rears will be easier?
