I dont think there are many mobile tinters if any at all mate.....remember it must be done in a clean environment with as little dust/lint particles as possible otherwise the window and the tint film will become dirty/contaminated, if a bit of dirt/grit gets stuck to the film before its put onto the glass it will scratch the surface of the glass and it can also pierce the film causing the film to bubble then crack.Quote: Originally posted by George16v on 17 May 2005
R-tec or somewhere else mate, Ideally want a mobile one as I cant get to these places that are open 9-5
I stand corrected....ive never heard of any up this way anyways. I wouldnt have mine done by a mobile fitter but up to you i guess.Quote: Originally posted by George16v on 17 May 2005

It is more that I dont have a choice really matey, Most of these places are open 9-5 and you have to leave the car with them for a few hours. I am at work 8-6 so it is a no can do situation really. I am sure that mobile ones still come with a guarantee like any other place!
