Right click on an empty area of your Desktop and click "Personalize" then when that page appears, click Windows Colour and Appearance, then "Open classic appearance....." at the bottom, and make sure colour scheme: "Windows Aero" is selected, if it isn't on the list..its not supported, which either means your graphics card isn't up to it, or you need the latest driver for it..
