Either way, looks like XP to me with some sort of skin/theme/style.. things are called "My Computer", "My Documents" - they dropped the "My" bit in Vista![]()
And the start menu icon is cut off at the top..

start>run> and type in winver
New dialog box should appear with what version you are using.
