Windows XP Power Toy?

I have no idea what this is but its f*cking irritating the hell out of me.

Regular pop ups, saying close file etc, about 7 boxes open.

How can i find this on the PC, how do i uninstall it, and what the hell is it?!


I googled it but i really dont understand a lot that i've read, can someone explain to me, im computer literate, but this is a new laptop, so i can follow instructions that i actually understand!! x

Powertoys are just little add on programs you download from Micrsofts website . Like for example " image resizer " .

Have a look on here at the different powertoys then go to your control panel and " add / remove " programs and remove whatever powertoy is causing the problem . For instance it'll say " imager resizer powertoy for Windows xp " so you know thats the program that you need to remove .
