I know NE detailing sell's some glass polish, will buff the glass down depending on how deep the scratches are. :)

iv buffed glass before, g3 then g10 works fine and you can get the glass quite hot with a buffer as no paint there to damage :)

never tried it on a renault 'oil' effect glass not sure if this layer is a top coat or inside coat or just the way the glass is :S

Are you actually being serious? Do you not understand the term "burning"? if the glass gets too hot, it will go opaque. Don't be a fool, tell someone to zoom over it with shite polishes and say "as no paint to damage".

Moron!

Tommy, have a look in the detailing section, there was a recent thread in there. I covered a few points from Detailing World as well as what you can do with your insurance (Auto Glass window replacement).

FLOL @ using G3 on glass.. In-fact trying to repair scratches on glass at all, once there's a scratch on glass there's not really much that can be done with it, its not like clear-coat that can be worked to rid imperfections and scratches.

CS detailing section never fails to amaze.
