Windscreen Washer jets...

Pump in the washer bottle or fuse. Disconnect the water tube and press the handle to see if any water exists from the tube. If yes, then the Washer jets are blocked. Use a needle to clean them or air pressure. If not see if it's the pump or the fuse.
