windscreen washer stopped working, any idea on what it might be!

do not think its blocked,had a problem with auto lights turning on,so dont know if the same gadget works both items, thanks anyway

The auto lights/wipers should not be affecting the washer in any way. Is it just one of the sprayers thats stopped working or both? Do you hear the pump trying to operate when you use the washers? Does the rear window washer work ok?

If you can't hear the motor, maybe its the fuse. If you can hear it but no fluid comes out, is your screenwash bottle empty?

both back and front washers dont work. cant hear the pump and checked the fuses but still dont know what the problem is.could it be the pump!

Yes, pump, they are very weak on all clios.

i just bought a clio last week. My window washer is faulty too. It sounds like the pump is working and there is water in the bottle but nothing coming through the pipes. The pipes dont appear to be blocked. Could the pump still be at fault. Front and back - nothing coming out.
