Wing mirror changing?

Hi guys, some drunken idiot decided to kick my wing mirror clean off the other day so need to replace it.

Does anyone know how easy these are to replace or hae a quick guide? Its the passenger side mirror with the temp sensor. Where does the wires run to?

Any help greatly appreciated
