wing mirror control

is this meant to light up . the window switches do but my mirror control don,t. its been like this since i got the car with 4k on the clock.

dont think its supposed to light up. It doesnt on my v and it never did on my 172.

its just a pain when at night as i never know what way to turn it and often move the wrong mirror

I have only ever touched the mirror controls, and that was leaving the dealership when new. lol I dont change heights and no one else drives it so im fine.

Same with windscreen washers they should not be adjustable they should be static!
