Wipers... n00b mode!

Hi so got my Bosch wipers the other day...

Tried getting the standard ones off, how!? With my mum's Corsa it took like one second just lift up and off. But with the Clio seems like there's a pin in there or something stopping it?

Any pressure makes it look like you're gonna snap the arm! Advise me

i think you have to use force lol. it was a while ago when i changed mine

Just lift the wiper off the screen and then pull the wipers downward, you have to slide them out of position.

If you look closely think there is a clip that holds them onto the pole. Depends on the wiper you can either squeze the clip or push it with a screwdriver. Or just use force.

Mine have a little clip at the bottom of where the hook starts that slides in to the wiper.

It's quite fiddly, but once you've done one the other is easy.

They are quite stiff so make sure when you put the new one on that you hold on to the wiper arm (that is attached to the car) and give it a big tug upwards, until you hear a satisfying click. Otherwise it isn't on properly!
