anyone help me i cant connect my lap top to my sky wireless router

it finds the modem but cant aquire the address ??

you need to set the I.P address settings on your computer to match those on the router.

or change them all to automatic.

Did you use the wireless wizard in controll panel to set up your connection? (assuming your running xp)

If it's connecting but not getting an IP, you might have the key wrong.
It lets you connect, but then you never get access.
