This has probably be asked a million times and but I have search through the threads but can not find anything.
I brought a clio a few months ago and the air bag is always coming on and off also my rear window heater doesn't work and my center break light. I know about the Air bag cable underneath the seats so I went to have a look and I found a really bad patch up job.

Sorry the picture isn't very good. I know that the blue and brown are for the air bag but what are all these other ones for? and could this be why my center light and rear heater don't work?
This is the same underneath the passengers side. :S
