XBOX 360 Help Please

Downloaded the Outfit demo and it says its only for 60 Hz TV's but I thought, fine, I have an LCD, surely that doesn't deal with 50/60Hz settigns.

When I try and play it it tells me it can't as i haven't got it set for 60 hz?

What settings can I change to make it play please?

I have a 32 Samsung HD LCD so can't imagine it won't play it as its brand new, its the XBOX thats telling me I can't play it but i can't see a seting to make it 60Hz compatible?

Please someone put me out of my misery and point me in the right direction as I noticed Top Spin 2 is also only 60Hz and I need to get this sorted.

I have this problem too but I never bothered to try and fix it. The option it told me to adjust in the setup deos not exist. I was going to try connecting using the scart rather than HD to see if this helped. My ldc is capable of switching between modes but the Xbox 360 seems to be causing the issue.

Apparently this is the cure:

Switch from HD to SD (using the switch on the video cable), boot up and change the PAL-50 setting to PAL-60, switch back to HD mode and reboot, then you can play the game.

This setting is only used for Scart connections but the game demo is not smart enough to realise you are using HD. Changing this will not alter your HD settings at all.

Yeah I searched on Google and found the answer fairly easily No idea why I didn't do that when I had the problem last week.

Don't know why its not working because hd on the xbox only runs at 60hz, its only none hd that has options like, get it sorted microsoft, shouldn't have to bugger about with settings!! microsoft are working on something so that it will work at 50 hz hd due to alot of tvs just supporting 50hz in hd mode.

It's ignoring the fact you are using HD and is instead noticing that your standard output is not set correctly. A stupid bug in the demo.
