Depends how you want to do this...
You can run it thru a VIVO graphics card... (thru your PC)
or you can buy something called a VGA box, basicly its a unit that plugs in-line with ur monitor and allows u to display an input on ur screen.
roughly around £39
IIRC PC world sell them but over priced as usual at £99

I have a Logic SVGA box.
It's actually my second one and I'm having no luck. Using it with a TFT screen and getting severe interference. Their tech support are stumped. I swapped my first one on their advice as faulty.
Other way to do it is via a TV card which is how I used to do it.
