anyone else had an xbox break have it sent away on repair,then get it back and it doesnt work at all now?and the 1 sent back is "brand new"
have rang tonight and they said they will get a claims manager to speak to me as "microsoft find this unacceptable to happen twice and will sort you out with compensation,maybe a free game,etc"
