xenon bulb questions

In this picture mine look more like 6000k than 4300k i like the blue effect but i dont like blinding people are the standard bulbs 4300k or 6000k?

Need to change them as one has blown so was going to replace them both they around 30 quid for a pair on ebay are these ones ok or should i get the proper philips ones?

sure it's the bulbs and not the ballast packs?

ive got 6k Hids on my car and havent been flashed once and it also past an MOT with them the other week.


Standard Reno ones are 4K
