xenon bulbs

the higher they go the more blue/green they will go but you will also loose alot off usable light.

H's? :S The temperature rating (K) is what affects the colour. The higher the rating the closer to daylight it is.

Thats the bulb fitment. Unless there conversion kits (and don't put them in the standard non xenon clusters unless you want to blind everyone) they won't be HID Xenon bulbs.
 
if you go on ebay youl see some that say H7 OR H4 was just wondering what it meant

That's the bulb type/fitment. H1, H7 are common single filament lamps, H4 is a common (but old school) twin filament lamp.

Clio's with HID lights have DS2 fitment bulbs at 4300k (temperature). If your finding them saying H1,H7 or H4 etc, then they are HID conversion kits for cars that weren't fitted with them as standard.
