Xenons - Need to be discharged?

Im gonna replace my bulbs as ones blown, so do factory xenon headlights need to be discharged before i mess with the bulbs etc?

I'd prob disconnect the battery for a while before mate...the charge packs give out a fair old amount of voltage IIRC..

You'll be fine as long as they're turned off. And even if they weren't they're designed so that the cable is ejected from the ballast as you turn it to release it, they don't store anything enough to give you a belt.

^^ i wondered why the cable fell out when i took the ballast out before!
