xenons on the sport

  clio 182
can you get brighter bulbs?? i dont know whats in the H/L at the mo but they dont seem as bright as the ST's and TT's, is there a limit to the brightness you can have?

  Renault Clio 172
so the brightest you can get is whts on the car now

I don't believe that is the case. There was a discussion on here before if you search for it.

You can definately get brighter one's, my mates 182 is definately brighter and a bit more white than my 172's xenons.

you can get change them for different ratings. there ds2 bulbs. id get 6000k imo

u can buy differnt temperature bulbs.

4000k would be brighter than 8000k for example.

lower the number = brighter/ whiter light

higher= purpler

8k will make them look blue but will have a poor penetration ie they wont light up the road as well. 4300k is whats on the sport xenons which provides the best penatration but can look a bit yellowish. i am soon going to upgrade to 6000k which is whats on most audi's, bmw's, mercs and focus st.

  clio 182
sorted, the focus looks alot brighter then the clio, only reason i asked is b4 x.mas i had a xenon flickering so dont know if its on its way out, if it is il get a better brighter set...
