Xenon's.

Which part adjusts the height of the xenon headlight. I tried the white allen key slot on the back but that done main beam?

Its a self leveler on the rear axle. It should automatically adjust depending on how much weight is in the car.

If you're having a problem with it, and its still in warranty i'd take it to a dealership...

So there's no way of permanently altering the level of the xenons?

I want to alter the height of my right one cos it looks dim compared to the left!

The white nylon hex bolt. Make sure the lights are switched on with the engine running and turn it clockwise to raise them up.

I did it on mine so I know it works.

Back of the headlight.

There is a self adjuster on the rear axle, but my lights were pointing down at the ground all the time, so I moved them up with the bolt and they are fine now.

Isn't the left light always higher up though? Because of blinding people on the other side of the road? Or is that me being stupid?

I'm not arsed about blinding people lol. Range rovers and mercs do it all the time

Be carefull on adjustment !!

the Clio Xenons if adjusted too high really do blind!

Get them adjusted properly/

Range Rovers etc only blind you because they are high up, with the Headlights being higher up!

Anyone got a pic of the white nylon hex bolt. Tried twisting what looked like a white nylon bolt and nothing happened

Drive up against a wall and do it, for each complete turn, the lights only change slightly.

I don't have a pic, but there's only one white hex bolt behind the headlights iirc. Make sure the engine and lights are on.

Thanks for the info, well renault fitted a new light in mine a few months back the drivers side is alot higher than the passenger ..monkeys
