Tomorrow. I will have, 1 whole years worth of....you guessed it, no claims lol.

Im 18 too, so the insurance is due in september. If i wanted to get insured tomorrow itll cost me £950. The Joys of being a young driver.

doubt it. I just got lucky with mine. Never had to ask for a cheaper quote.

You start building up no claims as soon as you have passed your test do you not ? No idea why its september i reall dont, unless it was for 10 months at one point.....

Been driving a year tomrorow. Will i have a years ncb too ?

As I thought, yeah you will be building up Direct Line No claims bonus. This is not the same as normal No Claims Bonus.
The NCB you build up with Direct Line is only accepted and useable with Direct Line, alot of other insurance companies won't accept it. Its cool though if you plan to stay with Direct Line.

u will have 1 years Direct Line No claims bonus at november 06 and 2 years at november 07!

but like said it's only really good for Direct Line! but if u just say u have x years no claims u might be ok as there never check! but there might if u crash and then ur f**ked

Seems a lot. I'm 19 with no NCB. Paying £750 fully comp on the GTi.

hmm direct line have been superb with me. been with them for ~ 7 years. were massively cheaper when i tried to insure megane 1.4 and kept with them. Added the wife as soon as she passed her test (aged 26) for 0 GBP and now is earning her own NCB. My renewal is £480 Fully comp inc 9 years ncb
