YORK dragway today

Mwahahhahahahah...looks like we have some more 1/4 miling addicts! Quality times lads. BTW anyone who doubts them, York has the identical timing gear to Santa Pod and IMHO is flatter as well. The launch surface at York you can choose...depending on whether youre running slicks or road tyres. At the Pod you just use the slick dragster launch surface which loses you a tenth I reckon. Dont think it matters for rwd or 4wd motors but fwd hot hatches do better on a proper road surface like they have at York.

Plus it looks like TimO has finally done my 14.48 time from last year...congratulations are in order it seems! BTW Neil, theres not a lot of correlation between terminal speed and ET, it varies with every car just about.
