Mk1s well today my speedo decided to start going all retarded on me under 30mph!

Did I hear you can tighten the cable to get it back to smooth sailing? or is it another way..

Yea, altho, I have heard of people fixing it to some degree by pulling the cable through a bit..

hard to change? if they are I can live with the wobble but i might aswell change it while the dash is off...

cant live with it? im used to it, never seen a mark1 that speedo didnt wobble like crazy under 40

lol mines fine till about 30-60 its up n down then after 60 its fine

My mums clio used to do it so ive drove many a time with it wagging - might aswell have a go if i can!
