Hi I have just bought myself a 172 cup on a 52 plate, never had a clio before and i absolutley love it, I never expected to fall in love with a car again when my megane was written off at the beginning of January, How wrong I was, this has to be the best car I have ever owned and I have been driving for 16 years, Anyway, I wondered if anyone thought what i should do to my clio to make it look "with it" I have recently changed the rear lights to lexus look clears, but I don't want to go over the top, any suggestions will be appreciated, thanks :approve: STRAWBERRY :approve:

yeah the lexus lights are really good.

put the gordini stripes on, and a big bore exhaust, green neons underneath and you will be sorted

somehow by reading other threads, you're right they don't like mods, but i don't want to change mine that much, but as I have a silver 172 I think the clears look great, what about the size of the alloys? i have 16's originals at the mo I think they look great too but should i make them bigger? Should I lower it? This is a first for me, I have never had such a nice car!!

What you choose to do to your car is your choice(although not everyone will like it). Post some pics up of your car so we can see whats already been done

Each to their own...if you like the lexus tail lights, keep them, doesn't matter what anyone else thinks.

Don't forget though..... the standard unabused examples will always command a greater price.........

The proper 172 cups in silver are rare. Theres lots of normal 172's in silver though.

Guessing it has wheels with lots of spoke (turinis) as opposed to just 5 spokes? And cloth seats as opposed to leather?

Id lower it on eibach sportline springs, fit silver indicator bulbs, and enjoy driving it hun, tis a lovely car as standard.

I personaly wont mess with the suspension, The 172 suspension is great.
