in the address bar just put kiss before youtube.

so http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=R08gYSfGuPI

would become

http://www.kissyoutube.com/watch?v=R08gYSfGuPI

Then it will load up a page showing the video and information and then you can click on download now and download it.
