What engine oil and grade would be recommended for a track car? It has a set of cams, throttle bodies, upgraded conrod bolts and valves, I am also using an oil cooler? Stuck for what oil to use

I'm going to be using my clio for sprints and hill climbs etc I've a set of cams in it throttle bodies uprated valves and conrod bolts. What oil would suit best?

Think I'm going to run the Teflon lines I've seen quite a few complaints of the rubber lines letting out alloy of vapour and complaining of fuel smell! Where would be the best place to get the Teflon lines and some fittings?

That will do well I can get a quick release from a fella that does all rally parts etc for £80 but said he didn't think it was fia approved so was double checking

Does anyone know if a quick release steering boss needs to be FIA approved or MSA approved or anything to be able to race in national rally's or anything?
