Managed to answer my own question, 82 00 768 913 is the current part no. for the 172/182 oil filter. 82 00 867 976 + 82 00 033 408 are old numbers. 86 71 002 274 is a Motrio part no. (Renault cheap parts) for many Renaults inc. Clio II 1.4 and 1.6, not really meant for the 172s or 182s I think.

New throttle body from Renault is circa £250. I'd recommend sourcing a second hand unit off a newish 182, they are the same part. I did and haven't had the fault since.
