Well I thought it might have been like. It had the usual signs of no locking nuts and such. Oh well. I wasn't told it was when I bought it. Should I be worried or is there anything I can do about it?

Mines an import apart from locking nuts, alarm, and window etching they're identical so nothing to worry about.
