How To Place best the mounts ?

Saw Edde's post about mount position and wanted to know for once and ever:
How to place best the mounts especially the top drivers one and the top gearbox one ?
I looking after top drivers one and saw that it moved a little bit in couple of months plus I see a very small gap like I painted in red. there are technical instructions how to place it best + other mounts aswell ?
*The gap (about 2 mm) is between the metal to the big hole that the mount come in (in the red square:

erm, lots of "ideas" on this

i just bolt them all on central and torque them up

Of course, but how do you know that they sits in the right position ?
My thought is if they not sits right (the upper gearbox + upper engine) they could cause a damage to driveshafts and more parts because the engine not sits straight (in long time), does I right ?
Some renault specialist told me that I can replace my upper engine mount (like in the pic) to some dci mount from kangoo or megane. Did you tried this ?
