Radiator/Coolant Fan Constantly Running + Temperature Gauge Not Working

Hi guys, strange one.

Radiator/coolant fan decided it wanted to run continuously tonight after swapping over induction kits with @Micromarc

Swapped around the relays in hoping the relay was faulty but no joy, still runs constant once the relay is put back in.

Also realised the coolant/water temperature gauge is now not working.

Anybody had this pair of problems combine before? Is there any further fault finding we can do?

Its pointing towards the coolant temp sensor which sits below where the intake was. Hopefully its as simple as that, but has anybody had anything else similar?

Said it yourself really. CTS.

If the CTS is in open circuit, the fan will run constantly. Check the connection and wiring first.

Thanks guys. Confirmed our thoughts.

Found a broken wire going to the CTS. Looks like an easy enough fix.
