Steering wheel retrimmed?

I believe that my steering wheel has had a retrim before I bought it, although I'm not 100% sure. It is a leather(Ette?) material and feels thicker than the standard steering wheel in my 1.2. The thumb grips have also got leather covers, or have they been replaced completely? I thought the thumbgrips were a hard plastic, but underneath the leather trims it's spongy.

Anyone have any idea as to who might of retrimmed this? It's alright, just feels very chunky in hand.

Defo a retrim (poorly done) I've got a 182 ff wheel in good condition if you just want to swap them over?

Not sure what I'm wanting to do really. I'll keep the offer in mind though cheers.

Ill give it a thorough clean too as it's pretty grim.
