white smoke and engine light

hi folks,

as above I got white smoke and an engine light today for a minute or so

this is all down to the wee bellend that thought his fiesta st was quicker than my GT (it wasn't!)

got carried away and hit the limiter and this is when I got the problem,

cars now running like a bag of washing,

anyone got any ideas - engine light is now off - but still running poorly?

No wasn't power shifting just didn't realise my revs were so high! She's all splurty and kangaroo like now?

Was a fair whack of white smoke that came out... I think she unwell
