H and R springs

Is anyone using these springs, or has used them ?
If so how did/ do you rate them.
I really can't be bothered to purchase springs/shocks and fit myself, so popped into pure custom in coventry today. And they use and recommend H and R springs. He also gets a good discount on Bilstein shocks as well.

I avoid potholes already, so should be ok.

I had them they are harder and lower than eibach sportline they would be good on track.

It'd be for daily use, but I rarely do more than 20 miles a day.
