Do Powerflex Wishbone Bushes need Welding?

Do the powerflex bushes still need welding in place?

In the past I have hear people have put a tack weld on the sleeve due to them moving in some cases.. They're pressed in, but should they move... Fail

It's best to tack the purple ones sleeves in place. If you don't they can move like mine did.

the black ones again can be tacked to be secure. Imo it's best go do so

The black ones do not need to be welded.

A bit of loctite is fine.

I had the same issue with the purple bushed sleeves. The tack weld failed and caused a lot of play in the wishbone......


I made my own sleeves and fully welded them in though, problem solved...

Couple of decent tacks on the black bush sleeves would give peace of mind though
