Doing driveshafts, dampers and springs- what else?

Basically that. I’m about to put fresh cup dampers on my 172 Cup, cooksport springs and both driveshafts. What else is an obvious job/change to do on a weary Cup while these bits are being done?

Will change the gearbox oil, obvs. Any bushes? Thanks.

Depends how far you want to go. You could refresh the whole front end if you have the time/money.
Yeah, it quite quickly becomes that, doesn’t it. I’m working on two other cars at the same time so it may be this for now and then a refurbed subframe, wishbones etc etc in a year or two.

Suspension top mounts. Inner tie rods and track rod ends, as you will need the geo doing and fresh steering parts usually make a massive difference.

Personally id get the crowbar on the bushes and balljoints to check if they are good or not.
