Cruise Control stopped working.

Used the cruise control today on my 182, but on the way home it wasnt working

The little green symbol on the dash wasnt coming up. I can use the speed limiter though.

What should I be checking first? And how would I do it?

it might be spring clip in the swtich. you can dismantle the switch and bend the pins back a bit so that it holds it better again when you rock it on.

Mine is exactly the same after my gearbox change. it does work occasionally. I've changed the brake/clutch switches.

Mine does the same but I hardly ever use it, so it doesn't bother me.

Ryan, do the switch trick mentioned above. Pop out the whole plate (it's just popped in so use a small flat headed screwdriver) the remove the cruise button and tweak the pins.

It'll most certainly be that.
