Are the inlet valves from the f4r738 clio 182 the same as a 172 clio

Are the inlet valves from the f4r738 clio 182 the same as a 172 clio

From what I know the engines are exactly the same internally my friend. Don't take my word it's a point in the right direction tho.

Someone will definitely verify this for.
