RS200 Gear problems ... help

Hi,
I have recently purchased a 2010 RS200 everything seemed fine until recently. I'm now having problems getting into gear on startup just won't go into any gear, however if i put into gear and then startup everything is fine.
Previously had a 182 and never had this problem

Check your fluid levels or it might be clutch slave cylinder on the way out.

How many miles has the car done?

28k think I will get back to the dealer get them to sort it
