Clio 200: Gearknob options?

Hi.
Are there any options to extend the height of the 200's stick at all? I know about the CAE shifter, but I'm not £800+ endowed on the shifting side of things at the moment.
So, basically I'm after some extra height to bring it closer to the wheel, without re-mortgaging. Any link/advice/parts would be appreciated.

I did look at similar (but several year back). I couldn't find anything that didn't just extend it, which would of made the throw hilariously massive.

Yeah, I've not found anything other than the CAE, which is amazing, but also a grand. Cool.

The R26 gearstick is fairly tall. No idea if it's any taller or would fit though.
