Dash electrics

I've recently had my entire dash out to have it flocked. When I've put it back in I've had a couple of issues.

The lights for my heater controls no longer work, the right side of my clock display is really dim, the left is perfectly fine.

Also, does anyone know what this is for? I've connected it back up but it doesn't seem to do anything

Clock has 2 backlight bulbs, one must have blown.

I thought that was what it was for, assuming mines broken then, it doesn't do anything,

Good to know about the clock, are they a pain to change?

Anybody know why the heater control lights would have gone out, is there a fuse for these?
