15" winter tyre sizes

So I run 15" OZ F1's with Ad08r's fitted on my 182 and due to a fairly decent commute cross country most days would like to pick up some second hand winter/all season tyres for when it starts to get colder, have used them in the past and certainly felt the benefit to doing so. I currently run 195.50 but this doesn't seem like the most popular size for slightly used second hand winters, can you run up to a 195.60 without any rubbing issues or even a 205 section with the right sidewall? 195.55 seems to be an even less popular size to me. Any help appreciated

Regards rubbing it’s going to depend on how low the car is.

Those above look good

Winter tyres do make a massive difference in temps below 5 deg .I also have a similar commute so swop to winters every year . Most people think they are only better if it snows ! lol

Just run standard sizes. Make sure you're aware they aren't as effective at lower tread depths.. unless you're on a mega tight budget, if you're keeping the car for a while, just get some new ones. Even at £100 a corner, that's a far cheaper cost than ending up in the back of someone, or in a ditch

£55 a corner for Nokian WR D3 without trying to find a decent price

I only ever run winter tyres on the vectra. Such a benefit in the wet especially when braking.
17" and pay 120 a pair for Michelin with 7mm left on them.
Wonder if this country will follow other countries in making winter tyres a legality?
