Clio 200 EDC - Exhaust trim in rear bumper insert

For the life of me I can't find where to get hold of 2 new exhaust trims, which are the inserts into the rear bumper.

Can anyone point me in the right direction?

I dont know of any , I thought Akrapovic might have done them but just checked there site and they dont.
