172 Cup front calipers

Hi. Were the 172 cup front calipers different/special in any way from other 1*2 front calipers? Or, to put it another way, which models have the same front brake calipers as the 172 cup? thnks.

Can you just mount the 172/182 calipers to any other Mk2 Clio? I want to upgrade my 1.4 16v brakes.

You need the whole hub assembly to use the brake calipers off of a sport on a non-sport at least I believe. This then means shocks off of a sport with the correct spacing
