Driveshaft boot removal?

Can this boot be removed without damaging it?

It's the passenger side shaft and the boot is full of shrapnel from my gearbox that I want to clean out.

Just clean it out as best as you can while leaving it as it it. IMO.

Just make sure you get in the bath before it to avoid any pleasure
