Definitely grab the latter. How much are they both? When I was looking for a new battery for mine I managed to get a Bosch S5 for the same price as an S4

As long as the Yuasa physically fits, there's no downsides to having a bigger capacity/higher Ah.

Just looked at the S5 for similar money and the same price as the Yuassa.

Bosch S5 and Varta C6 are same spec as the Yuasa it looks like too.

A trickle charger wouldn't be a bad shout either

If you dont use it often, no matter the quality of the battery, you will forget to disconnect or trickle charge it and kill it.

Halfords battery, find someone with a trade card. I'll take a 3 year warranty over a (maybe) higher quality battery in the circumstances.

Whichever you get, get it from Halfords. When my car was sat for ages and battery kept dying, I just kept taking it back. Think they swapped it for a new one on 3 separate occasions
