PC 2 Phone bluetooth problem!

I have one of those blue tooth dongle things and for some reason 2day it wont connect 2 my phone! Keeps saying connection failed! Any ideas?

Oh and I have a K800i

I have done, even deleted the connection and set it up again but still the connection is failing
