wheel sealant.

  Broken Diesel Megane :(
is there any difference in coating my wheels to wheel sealant as opposed to just a decent wax to protect?

I use CG Wheel Guard...

Seems to work well but I'm not sure whether it's any good though as I've not tried any others...RICH lol!?!?

AG SRP and EGP will work as well IMO.

I use above topped with the Poorboys or the Swissvax offerings as they add to the looks over the EGP used alone and can be applied much quicker than redoing the EGP all the time. 5-10 mins or so to do the wheels using one or the other.

I don't like the C/Guys offerings as the cleaners prevents building up layers of the product.

The Poorboys Wheel Sealant and Swissvax Autobahn are cleaner free so can be layered up nicely.

I like wheel wax from chemical guys...the new wheel sealant stuff they are doing is supposed to be even better than the wheel wax...

Is the wheel sealant you are refering to CG Wheel Guard?

Having tried Rim Wax ,Poorboys Wheel Sealant and of course our very own Wheel Guard ,i find the Wheel Guard applied twice and left for 20 mins before buffing produces more of a stunning bling effect than the others.I have also noticed that water simply beeds off the wheels ,but never the less the others are very good also .

Swissvax Autobahn gives a finish as good as the bodywork.
