Not really, seen a few shorted plates on larger cars. Just trying to get some ideas.

Well, just bought me mark for Der Panzer. Think I'm going to stick with full sized plates, at least into I can pick up an S-Line or Votex body kit.

have seen one or two that look good. In general though i wouldnt bother. Plus its only a matter of time before you get a copper on a bad day and u got a nice fine to pay.

What are the laws regarding cropping the plates in from the end? Is there a certain gap that there needs to be between the edge of the plate and the letters?

if the font is standard uk with standard uk spacing then it will be legal if it is cut down to leave 11mm to the left and right of the first and last letter of the plate and if there is 11mm gap along the top and bottom
