I seem to be having issues with my bill with Orange on my Nokia - basically on almost every bill I get it bills me around £13 for using 26 megs of data. Thing is tho I dont use any data. I never use the Orange Internet service, wap and barely use the wifi on the phone. Does anyone know where this "data" is coming from and how to stop it??
you need to speak to the data team, I had the same problem with my N73, it has a constant connection to the internet and does random stuff.
I was receiving bills for over £100 of data, was ridiculous, was passed between the data and billing teams and had a really big fight on my hands.
Orange billing said it was my problem, i was causing it, they offered to pay £20 towards it but not the £100 they owed me.
After i refused that the guy cut my data services off which really pissed me off, i always said i was going to make a complaint about him but never got around to doing it!
I eventually started to get it sorted but it took a few months, i cancelled my direct debit in the end and payed by debit card each month the amount i thought i owed and not the amount they were asking knowing that once they had done a bill integrity check it would all sort out with the credit etc.
Good luck and if you have major problems let me know as i may still have the contact details of the guy that eventually sorted mine, i kept speaking to supervisers who never called me back etc and really started to get very angry with them.
